Why Haven't I Received My Tax Refund? The Endless Delays and Frustrations with the IRS

It’s been over 90 days since I filed my taxes, and I still haven’t received my refund. The uncertainty and frustration are starting to take a toll, and I’m left wondering: Why is this happening? Each time I call the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), I’m met with the same response — no clear answers, no explanations, just more waiting. Every phone call seems to lead to a dead end. What’s even more frustrating is that I’m being told I need to wait for a letter from the IRS, which could take up to 30 days. But what is the letter for? Why can’t they just give me the information I need over the phone or through their website? No one can explain why my refund is delayed, and it feels like I’m being kept in the dark. It’s not just the IRS that’s causing these problems. Every area of the government seems to be blocking or delaying me at every turn. Each step of the process, whether it's tax-related or another matter, feels like it’s been intentionally stalled. I can’t help but feel like I’m being punished for something I don’t understand, and the lack of communication only adds to my sense of helplessness. I’ve always done my part, filed on time, and followed all the necessary steps. So why is it that I am being treated this way? The constant delays, the confusion, and the lack of answers have left me feeling disillusioned and unsure of where to turn for help. It feels like the system is set up to frustrate and overwhelm you, and I’m left wondering how many others are dealing with the same frustrating, dehumanizing experience. At this point, all I want is some clarity, some peace of mind, and for someone to take accountability and answer the simple question: Why is my refund being delayed, and when can I expect to receive it?
